I joined Behance a couple of weeks ago and last week was over the moon to see that my profile had been featured on the front page. As a result the last week has been a bit manic for me. My work has been spotted all over the world on blogs and websites and I've been inundated with emails and requests ever since.

So amongst other things, I've started work on the images for my up and coming summer exhibitions. Here's a glimpse of what I'm drawing right now on this beautiful evening in Paris.
For those of you that think I only ever draw pretty young girls...I was recently commissioned to illustrate a series of portraits (none of which fit the above description) for a publication via Haymarket Media. The 11 portraits are almost finished now so I'll show you them when I can, but until then, here's a bit of one.
Just before leaving for Paris, I made a quick stop at Glyn Y Weddw to drop off four more new pieces of work. (One of which sold as I carried it through the door!!).

Lucky me is very pleased to tell you that I'll be taking my newest series down to Cardiff later this year. I've been invited to exhibit in the Albany Gallery's Summer & Christmas shows & I'm already sketchbook-deep in new ideas for it.
As well as this, due to the success of my current exhibition with them, I've also been given the opportunity to return to Plas Glyn Y Weddw as a full blown gallery artist, where they're also inviting me to exhibit in their Summer & Christmas shows...I need to get my draw on.

BBC Radio Cymru
I met up with Dei Tomos at Plas Glyn Y Weddw earlier in the week to chat about my exhibition, it was aired on his BBC Radio Cymru show last night.

I couldn't be happier with the way my exhibition at Plas Glyn Y Weddw is going. After just two weeks, I had sold 20 of 26 images & the reception it has been getting here in wales has been brilliant...Because the exhibition has a while left on the walls (It's up until April), I have just taken five new illustrations to the gallery to join the others. Here they are...

The 'Not In' collection 2011
The brilliant people at 'Not In' have created a campaign poster which is designed to promote what me and 59 other creatives do. The circles are coloured to represent which field we are in (illustrators, painters, graphic designers etc) and the bigger the circle, the more they think the readers should check us out.

The posters are available to buy exclusively with counter-objects.
They are A1 inkjet printed onto 180gsm bright white matt coated paper. Limited Edition 100 run, 75 white and 25 black each poster is numbered.
I'm currently in the process of getting a run of limited edition prints made. They will be available to buy through my website and at a selected number of galleries and shops very soon.
